Shipping policy
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will strive to fulfill your order for the product(s) listed in the Shipment Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Shipment Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date is provided, within 15 business days of the Shipment Confirmation date. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 20 business days from the Shipment Confirmation date. Reasons for delays may include:
1. Customization of products;
2. Specialized products; (special orders may take 4 to 8 weeks depending on quantities);
3. Unforeseen circumstances; or
4. Delivery area constraints.
Personalized and Exceptional Creations
All personalized, runway, and exceptional jewelry orders are custom-made after ordering and can take up to two weeks to produce before shipping.

To ensure delivery by December 25, we recommend placing your order no later than December 22 at 2:00 p.m. EST with express shipping only.*
- Standard: Wednesday, December 21 at 2 p.m. EST
- Express Shipping: Thursday, December 22 at 2 p.m. EST
*Please note that these delivery dates are for readily available pieces. Custom and other special orders may take longer to process and ship. While our carriers are delivering with a holiday reliability rate of 90%, delays may occur when placing orders close to these advised dates.
